XGJ Automatic Color Ice-cream Machine is an automatic multifunctional production line of color ice-cream with macthed cold source freezing system,which is mainly used in producing various stick ice-creams with filling and coating. The machine possesses functions of filling,suction,grouting,stick inserting,demoulding(second demoulding),coating shaping,etc. It can finish the producation for various special ice-creams by equipping with high consistency vacuum pump,dried fruit adding table,double-color grouting,swinging grouting,frout granule spraying,ect.It adopts PLC control system and human-machine intreface operation. It adopts pneumatic transmission drive as main equipment power.It transmits electrical signal of procedures to finish procedure action of each functional cart and manipulator.It adopts strong circulating cold & head exhange form,the uniform compression of cold and heat saltwater to improve the production capability of equipment at maximum.Besides basic funcations,it can adopt multifunctional color filling ,conversion filling ,straight double-color,up-down double color filling,dried furit adding,dried fruit spraying and double-color rotary filling and shaping.XGJ Automatic color Ice-cream machine is the essential equipment for large-scale and high-quality ice-cream production.?
